Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-2 day(s) to let you know your order is on the way!

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

 

Carrier 

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 using USPS, UPS or Fedex.  Optional

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES :  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For orders over $35.00, we offer free shipping. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (For Customers outside the USA) : 

• Product prices do not include shipping costs.

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated separately.

•  We will contact you after you place your order.

You will receive a message with available shipping options, costs, and estimated transit times.

•  Confirm your preferred shipping method.

Once you select your shipping option, we will send you a payment link for the shipping cost.

•  Complete shipping payment.

After payment is completed, we will process and ship your order promptly.

• Special Offer:

For international orders over $35.00, enjoy a 25% discount on the shipping cost.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@morudesignshop.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
